Our garden is more than just organic; it was designed to imitate nature and to protect it. The plants in it are all either native or adapted to our climate, which means they require little extra water or care than they would in the wild. In maintaining the grounds we make sure that we are not impacting our local environment. All of the products we use are completely natural and safe to cycle back through the earth.
Our culinary beds supply the restaurant with herbs, vegetables and fruit for breakfast and dinner.
Rosa Cass, James Cass’ daughter & an avid gardener, planted a cecile brunner rose bush that is still thriving in a corner of the garden today.
